Goals

FDC constantly aims to provide IT solutions of the highest quality while complying with the requirements and wishes of our customers. We aspire to being the insurance and pension sector’s best IT specialists, and, therefore, we measure our success in terms of customer satisfaction and professional pride in the quality of our work.

Values

We at FDC base our work on three values, which we endeavour to live up to as far as possible in everything we do, irrespective of whether customers or internal company tasks are involved.

Focus

We focus on meeting the responsibilities which our customers have confided to us, and we work in a dedicated, quality conscious and responsive manner in everything we do. In FDC, we refer to this as “focused/dedicated”.

Professionalism

Our “trade” is IT, and our “art” is an understating of the insurance market. We are proud of the work we perform within our respective professional fields. In FDC, we refer to this as professional pride.

Solidarity

We look after each other and perform all our tasks communally. No task must ever depend on a single individual. In FDC, we refer to this as “joint action”.
