The main characteristics of FDC products and services are:
- SOA (service oriented architecture). F2100 has been developed based on SOA principles, and, as a result, IT services can be easily accessed and integrated with existing corporate solutions and financial processes.
- SAAS (Software as a Service) provides customised solutions based on a common IT platform. In other words, selected functions may be taken from F2100, and customers need only pay for the number of business transactions made.
