100,000 letters written

The letter system is one of the Compensation Department’s most important tools for cus-tomers and closely integrated with S2000 and Image +. “In October, we exceeded the 100,000 letter mark,” Pål Vinland from the Inspection and Development Department tells us. Monthly letter production is now in the range of 50,000 to 60,000.

“Great pressure was exerted to push forward and complete the letter system, and the sys-tem was delivered as planned,” says a proud Knut Svebakk-Johansen in the Insurance Sector. As controller, he kept a close check on the project.

More companies are commissioning the system

“More companies wish to use the system, something which pleases us greatly,” says Vidar Bakken, ICT project manager. “The work of delivering to Person Næringsliv and the letters from Ceta i Person Privat are well underway.”
