Topdanmark chose FDC as supplier, when it decided to offer Unit Link to its life insurance customers. FDC’s Unit Link solution was integrated into Topdanmark’s IT system for the administration of life insurances.

Positive impression of FDC

“Our impression of FDC was positive, and the functionality we wished to use was already contained by the system, and Danish legislation in the field was also incorporated in the solution. The final price was also reasonable.”

Deadline and budget met

Implementation went off without problem, timetables and budgets were met, even though they were adjusted slightly en route. “Something always turns up which one had failed to allow for. Overall, I think there has been good coordination between us and close dialogue with FDC, and they have reacted quickly and with a willingness to help throughout the entire process,” says Erik Olsen.

Close dialogue

“Today the system is running excellently, and our staff have had no significant problems in familiarising themselves with the system. Moreover, we are in constant close dialogue with FDC. I would certainly not hesitate to employ the services of FDC in the future,” said Erik Olsen, development manager at Topdanmark.
